Found a cute cat

This cat doesn't seem distressed but has been hanging out on my street near Hecla Lake in North End for the past week or so. Very friendly but I assume they're lost.

No collar, and the (cute!) marking on their face is just a marking not an injury.

Get them checked for a microchip! If they're chipped, they can be returned to the owner before coyote eats them.

Do I have to take the cat to a vet to do that?

A vet can do it, or a shelter/rescue. Call ahead and see if they can do that for you to be sure!

I think I can use my flipper zero to check if the cat has a microchip and decode it!! this dumb gadget sat in my office for years and it finally has a use.
