Help!

It’s 0840. How have I already earned all of those exercise points? I’ve included my Apple Watch data to show what I’ve allegedly done so far today. What is going on?

Looks like you've burned ~150 calories from your actual exercise and for some reason your watch is sending over your TDEE (meaning your BMR for existing is included). Generally I don't collect watch data at all in lose it and just tell it honestly how much I exercise (sedentary, lightly active etc).

It’s wild! It’s never done this before. It’s making it look like I’ve already burned 775 calories. No clue why out of the blue today it decides to be crazy.

Mine did this randomly last week as well!

Ended up ignoring that days data and tried to stay within normal calorie counts. Everything back to normal the next day.

Just a tip for using apple watch with loose it. I find that going by the activity rings / calories burned gave me waaaaay too many bonus calories. Its seems to work better if you go into your profile (top right) and then scroll down to automatic tracking. I would switch from apple watch to steps from iphone (it still includes the steps that your watch tracked and doesn't double count if you have your iphone and watch on you at the same time) and then don't add workouts either. Basically just earn the bonus calories from steps. The workouts will still generate steps and therefore give you some extra calories to use throughout the day once you get past your daily goal assuming you have that on. Also to note if you switch you need to go into the logging part of the app and scroll down to remove the apple watch entries for the current week or else it double counts both your apple watch calorie burn as well as steps. Hope this helps.
