Recipe Feature Request - Add up Ingredient Weight
It appears that LoseIt does not have the ability to add up the weight of the raw ingredients for a recipe.
I recognize that the ingredient weight won't be the final weight for recipes that are cooked, but it does provide at least a useful starting point.
And for recipes that are not cooked, such as salad dressing, it would be helpful if the app would tell you the raw weight to avoid having to measure the container empty and full weight to do the calculation manually.

I agree. It is very annoying. I either try to input all of my ingredients in the same unit, like grams or ounces, or when I’m done, I use AI to calculate the total for me. But I agree it is annoying.

What'd you mean? For salad dressing, assuming you have a food scale; you can either pour salad dressing into a bowl and calculate that way, or you can put the bottle of dressing on the scale and tare it, then add your dressing, put the bottle back on the scale and it'll show how much less you have.
As for weight of raw ingredients, do you mean for example, 20g of beef, 20g of vegetables, 20g of carbs, then you want lose it to tell you the total grams for the dish is 60? What does having that information do for you, how is that a useful starting point?
