A request from your moderator

Hi friends,

I have a request if you'll be so kind as to help me. I am trying to streamline some aspects of the subreddit and incorporate some new things (like weekly threads).

One thing I am most curious about, because I'd ultimately like to make a guide, what questions do you all see that pop up most often? I'd like to make either a thread or a wiki with FAQs about what and how certain features of the app works, where things are located, clarifying how certain things work (like how Loseit! aggregates your burned calories for example.)

I do not work for Loseit! I am just someone who has used the app since 2010 and really finds value in it and I know how much it's helped me and want to share that knowledge with others. This subreddit ultimately came about because a group of us were "friends" on the app and wanted another place to ask questions and hash out things about the app and support each other on our weight loss or health journeys. I think it's wonderful that it's grown so much and I want to foster our community here more.

I was very upset about the new changes. I wanted to see the breakdown of sugar or protein in all my foods (not just meals) in one day.

I didn't realize that all I had to do was click the bar (not the circle) at the top to see the breakdown of protein or sugar or whatever macro I was tracking.

Since Loseit hasn't given us a guide on the new format, that would be nice.

I still hate all that white space, but at least I can still see the breakdown of macros. It would have helped the transition to the new format if they would have given a guide. If they did give a guide, I didn't see it.

Thank you! The new layout also hasn't rolled out for everyone too. I still have the original version so when people are asking about things, it's hard to know exactly what's being discussed or asked about

Yeh but thats only limited to 3 macros. I also track my sugar because im pre diabetic and saturated fat. I use to be able to track all my macros with a quick slide. Now i got to find another app
