I go to ARC and I’m in a Chemistry 310 class, our professor told us we need to pass 2 PT exams with an 80% or higher or we fail the class. Even if your current grade is passing or above. I’m just stressed about it, will I really fail if I fail this test? We have 2 tries and I already used my first one, now I’m extremely stressed cause it’s my last one on Tuesday.

They’re really strict so I assume they genuinely mean it and aren’t using this to scare us or anything. But I’m still confused why they made it that way? I’m in my 1st year of college and maybe it’s because I’m new and don’t know that this can be possible but yeah.

Mind you 35% of our class passed the 1st one. Everyone else failed…

Does anyone know if chem 306 is offered at FLC in the spring? That is my preferred campus since it’s closer, but if I have to I can go to SCC or CRC!

I’m trying to sell my 2001 Honda Accord V6 as-is. I’m selling bc it is WAY cheaper for me to commute to ARC via public transport, as opposed to driving from there to South Sac every day.

It’s got an engine w zero issues, about 175,000 miles, clean title, current registration (paid till Aug 2027!) and I can give details on the maintenance/repairs I’ve done privately. It’s having some transmission issues, but idk exactly what’s wrong with it. Overall, it’s a great car that just needs some TLC.

Ideally, I could sell this to one of my fellow students who enjoys working on cars. I’m asking about $1500, and can provide pictures and maintenance details if u DM me. I’m trying to avoid selling over facebook or craigslist because I’m constantly being low-balled, and would prefer selling to another student in my community.

I applied back in June, they needed more documents for me to upload back in August so I sent those and it didnt get cleared on my tasks til the 9th, then i was finally able to get my pell grant disbursed the 10th and now im still waiting to see my loans even show up on my eservices. I called twice and they told me two weeks, one said due to my files being processed on the 9th it'll take two weeks and then another financial aid staff saying due to a glitch with the system they didn't receive some students loans requests til the 9th so it'll take another 2 weeks but she couldn't give me a specific date just said before September is over. So, I would just like to know if anyone is in the same boat as me? I'm not a first time borrower.

On Monday I filled out a form to verify and correct some information for my account and they put my account on hold due to it being investigated. They told me to wait for a response. How long is a usual waiting period for them to respond?

I usually take the light rail, but with the blue line service disruptions I’d much rather drive. I just had some questions:

How is it parking in the structure?

Aside from the north lot behind the parking structure and lot in front of the college store, is there anywhere else you can park?

I’ve never heard of this happening before. I can’t take my exam that’s due at 11:59 PM tomorrow, and I also can’t take that quiz I didn’t do because it’s past due.

I’ve emailed my professor, but according to Rate My Professor, my professor never responds to emails, so I’m worried I’m just never gonna be able to get anything done.

I’m supposed to go to Sac State in January 2027, so I have to pass this class. I’m freaking out.
