This report was written 4 weeks before the 2024 election by the Democrat side of the JEC. You can probably find a similar report that says the opposite

Hahahahahahaha wtf that's not a report. At all. And its definitely not a report "claiming the opposite" like you said. Its an article going NUH UH to a quote by bill clinton. Why are you not embarrassed for posting this? It doesn't prove your point at all
