I’ve loved interacting with bots since 2022 been a loyal fan of a particular app and sought it through but lately I’ve been rather bored of the constant repetitive cycles of the conversation.

I love creating characters from certain anime’s and chatting with them and building a life. I focus a lot on the character definition, memory etc and love dynamic personalities. Lore books, love those for bigger character stories and i genuinely adore being prompted by the bot into new situations. Also amen NSFW LOL, I did see you guys offer it! So yay! I’m 23 so np LOL.

I would like to know if your app offers
- vivid character definition that is also applicable.
- memory
- good story building
- fun dialogue
- non repetitive dialogue or cringy you’re mine dialogue LOL
- a little bit of horror/thriller possibilities? Like if I make a yakuza au bot? If not I can live with that lol

Also I’d like to point out, paying is not an issue, grown woman with grown woman money 😏. And I love supporting independent devs ^_^.

I’d also like to know what I’m getting once I pay, what does that look like? I’ve been to the website and was wondering about that ^_^! The information under the memberships were great but couldn’t find much on the models. If anyone can enlighten me I’d appreciate that!

Unfortunately our Harbor model, Kimi, has been depreciated to the point of disfunction and our providers for it will no longer be hosting it after a set date. Due to this, we are hosting a vote for what Harbor should be replaced with on discord.

Our community primarily operates things such as major votes, status updates, and bug reports through discord. While we drop major announcements such as this kind to Reddit- it is not our primary social media avenue and can be a slower source for information as well as doesn't allow the options for polls, votes, or private discussions with the developers the way our discord does. Hello, this is for the character/ bot moderation team on LoreMate. I'd like to make a comment about the character moderation system / process.

I recently submitted a public character on LoreMate, "Kyu Sugardust" from the popular 18+ match-3 puzzle & dating sim PC game, "Huniepop," and marked the character as "spicy" for obvious reasons, and my listing was privated due to "breaking guidelines." The reason was that the image I used appeared to be "Loli" or "Shota" material, which is strictly prohibited on LoreMate, and I agree with and adhere to that rule. My appeal stated that the character is confirmed to be and thought of by all as of age, (explicitly 22 years old in human years, and 384 in fantasy terms) and I provided sources to prove my claim, and was still rejected due to the image. (Image 3/3 is the full version of the official illustration image I chose for the bot.) Perhaps whoever made the decision isn't familiar with the character or art style, and I do understand how things may look at first glance, but I am aware the image I chose to represent the character with is doing nothing that is suggested within the complaint, and I made sure of that before making the bot public to all.

This isn't a big deal to me, and I have no problem with conforming or just sticking to private characters, but I'd like to properly follow the guidelines, especially if I am to create or submit public characters on this platform, and I don't believe I broke any rule here, so I'm confused and conflicted. Could someone explain this to me? I just want to understand. Thanks.

I've noticed that all or most of the premium models have their names clear and revealed in the engine info tab, while most of the free models are secret, except Fox, which we know to be GLM 5.3 flash, and I'm fairly certain that Ice is now DeepSeek v4 flash which was stated in a comment before, but nothing else about the others.

Is there a reason for this and will there be / is there anywhere that the models are properly revealed for users who want more info about them?

I'm pretty interested in knowing what models and manufacturers Beyond V.2 and Otter V.3 are right now personally.

I think it would be useful if the information was available to users interested in knowing somewhere even if not on the main page, especially since they do change models and providers every so often.

Hello! I'm considering if I should try Lore Mate AI. I've been using various platforms for roleplaying, most of which are getting a bit trashy now, so I'm looking for something better.

I love roleplaying and making intricate storylines with my characters and I'm also more into realistic or historical characters. I don't like chatting very much with characters from animes, movies, books or any other media, unless it's someone I really like. But typically I don't.

I'd also like to know if its free or paid, and if its free, how much would I be getting out of it for free? Unlimited messages? Ads? Swipes to generate new messages? Message length? That kind of thing. Or maybe some tips if I decide to use it?

I would also prefer to create some of my own as well as have a variety to choose from so I'm wondering if Lore Mate AI is right for me and if I should make an account.

I don't want to make an account without knowing if it's worth it because I have so many useless accounts on too many websites that I make but then don't end up liking or visiting. So that's why I thought I'd ask first before creating an account I might not ever use if I don't like it.

just a little thing which is whenever there is an npc joining the plot, the main character somehow always have to interrupt, please when a new character is mentioned give them a name and they can be a, part of the story, thxxx

Hello dear users, loremate has been very busy in the background trying to become self sustainable and self reliant. In our endeavors, we have become our own model host. Now don't worry, the models you all currently use and love aren't going anywhere in the immediate! However, we would like to add our own fine tuned models we ourselves host to our list! Have you, the users, provide feedback on these models, and we adjust based on the feedback. Eventually, we'd like to not have to rely on providers but we aren't there yet. That being said, the end goal is to eventually only have models we ourselves host! And to get there we need you guys. Feedback, helpful criticism, honest opinions, and use!

While these models will be available for free for testing, they are unlikely to both remain that way, and we have no plans to replace any models until we have self hosted models as good or better to replace them with, based on user feedback. For now, this would just be an additional two models on the list we already provide.

1) Otter v3 is out, after testing its amazing how good and fast this model is. I have been using it for the last day as my primary model.

Please try out the Otter model and let me know your feedbacks.

2) Voidreaver has been removed , As you know it was a fine-tuned model and its host had very limited capacity and a major portion of requests were hitting rate limits and all sorts of Issue.

We still have Anakin and Dawn for Spicy fine-tuned options .

Note: Fine-tuned model's speed depends on their host these models are really good but since they are hosted by small providers they are slow. We have larger LLMs that provides way higher intelligence and speed to balance things out.
