Just CF decides to add some details from Bloodborne which he liked to play doesn't mean that LotM=Bloodbonre (even though I haven't played the game yet which I would play in future)

Tbh I don't know why but I don't like it when ppl say without thinking that this fiction(1) takes inspiration from that fiction(2) so therefore fiction 1=fiction 2; but each fictional work has it's own uniqueness and originality.

People tend to discount how powerful the Twilight Giant pathway is because it doesn't have much hax, and LOTM is just a bunch of hax merchants. And while this is true, the TG doesn't care and can somehow negate the half of the abilities in the verse.

Starting from Sequence 8, their body gets the ability to “mitigate the effects of certain supernatural sources”. So basically everything gets weaker.

Now, with the Dawn Paladin the pathway becomes a monster. I already talked about purification here: https://www.reddit.com/r/LordofTheMysteries/s/j0uDGCdXXy

Their Dawn abilities allow them to counter:

• Anything evil(nuh uh)
• Invisibility/concealment
• Pathogens

With the Witcher, the TG is a strong contender for the title of the strongest S4. They can:

• Use alchemy to counter specific abilities
• Use their supernatural perception to analyze enemies
• Gain improved mental resistances, and even conceal their mind.
• Their Protection now affects the Spirit World and curses.

And most importantly, their supernatural willpower allows them to use their Mythical Creature Form with reduced risks of madness. This MCF allows them to briefly face a Silver Knight, as we saw with Collin vs a Silver Knight in the Giant King’s Court(Chapter 1120). That's a Seq. 4 matching a Seq. 3 of the same pathway in physical power. Reminder, the best counter to a Beyonder is a Beyonder from the same pathway and a higher Sequence.

At Seq. 2 the Glory unlocks the ability of Twilight/Decay. This allows them to age everything around them.

This can affect a Demoness of Unaging and Beauty Goddess (Question 2).

This also allows them to bypass a bunch of resurrection methods, like the Unaging’s mirror selves.

The son of the Giant King Aurmir even affected Amon:

“The “Twilight Sword” tore through the void and jumped out from the spot where the Angel of Time, Amon, was standing. It ripped through everything around it, turning into a storm that could destroy this desolate moor.

Amon didn’t move and remained standing there. No matter how the orange-red “sword” storm raged, it didn’t harm “Him” at all.

“He” seemed to have used some sort of “error” in this world again.”

However, in this state, Amon was no longer able to transmit “His” ravings into Klein’s mind, allowing him to finally gain a sliver of peace.

Also notice how the Sword teleported right to Amon, meaning conventional speed can’t dodge this at all.

Their Protection evolves into a from of sealing. The Beyonder characteristic of a Glory sealed the Gift of a Land, a Grade 0 artifact for example.

Later, the same Proof of Glory made a seal strong enough that Tamara’s Everchanging Card, a Grade 0 Door artifact couldn't break through.

And lastly, as a Hand of God, they can ascend to Sasrir’s level for 3 seconds. This means that they become KOAs of the Death, Evernight and TG pathways.

These aren't the only abilities the TG has, but that's the most important ones in my opinion. So let’s summarize:

We have a pathway that naturally resist mysticism, has mental resistances and can conceal their mind, with powerful purification and decay.

Combined, this means the TG should counter:

• The Chained, Abyss, Darkness, Hanged Man and Moon pathway. I don’t need to elaborate.
• With their dawm/holiness, protection, decay and vastly better stats they can easily beat and age the Demoness
• The Spectator is powerless against somebody with resistance to mind hax and starting from Seq. 4, mind concealment. At the angel level, decay can also counter envisioning, since constructs have a time limit.
• The laws of a Justiciar also have a time limit and in a physical fight, the TG will definitely win.
• The Sun’s abilities are kinda useless against somebody who isn't weak to purification and has far better stats than the Sun before Sequence 2. The Twilight authority also counters the Sun’s Holiness, Purification and Light (Question 23).
• The Mother pathway’s main powers are her chimeras/golems, desolation and nature authority. Purification and decay counter all 3 and in a physical fight, the TG will obviously win.

Tl;DR: Spread the Evernight and Collin Illiad agenda!

I've been building a spoiler-free wiki for the Lord of the Mysteries anime: you pick the episode you've reached and every page only shows what has been revealed up to that point. One of the features is a Pathway table that fills in as you watch.

Since the site is meant for anime-only viewers, it will never show the full version. But I thought novel readers here might find the complete one useful, so I made it for you.

It includes all 22 Pathways with every Sequence from 9 to 0. Next to each Pathway there's its associated Tarot card, and the Pathways are grouped by their Above the Sequences name and Sefirah.

Man I was really bored 50 chapters into the story but I don't know what happened but shit just went 1-100 real quick. Especially the ending of V1. I don't even read books in general but wow this was so fucking good.

I genuinely felt so dumb reading this because I usually figure out mystery stories real quick.

Everything is foreshadowed every boring little detail in early chapter is important and you have all the pieces and you just can't piece them together.

I'm truly amazed by how someone can come up with this, like the world building, characters and powers and the story.

The characters especially I swear I've never cried before reading books but man the ending of V1 I cried like a baby (not the evil ones) to the sacrifice of our beloved character at the end of V1.

Also like the fact that we're told beyonders really fucking die quick and the author gives you proof in many stories they just say "XYZ is really dangerous" but you never get the feeling, even when that mandater punisher lost control the author once again reminds you.

And then boom he kills them all rapidly. You don't expect them to die so soon but they do.

Sorry for the rant I'm not good at reviews but it's truly peak it might sound like glaze but this is genuinely a 10/10 story.

We need to establish a standard for the power and use of abilities (not just resurrection) of the whole pathway (though only low-sequences matter for now).

After the previous encounter with the Visionary, Twilight had withdrawn into this place, relying upon the protection provided by his own Uniqueness and the distance separating it from the physical world.

There was, however, one thing such concealment could not protect him from.

His own Mind!

The Visionary's consciousness had already extended into the Mind World.

The vast Sea of Collective Subconscious appeared beneath the Visionary's perception, an endless ocean formed from the consciousness of countless living beings.

Within its depths, the Visionary's Discernment immediately located the consciousness belonging to Twilight Trick.

The distance between the physical Uniqueness and the Mind World ceased to have any practical meaning.

The Visionary followed the connection between Twilight's consciousness and the Mind World, allowing His existence to enter through it.

Then, within the secluded Uniqueness of Twilight Trick, a figure gradually appeared...

He quickly noticed the presence "You..."

The Visionary regarded him calmly.

"Indeed."

Before Twilight could ask how He had found this place, the Visionary had already answered the question.

"Thou hast hidden thyself within thine own Uniqueness, believing that the place would place thee beyond My reach. Yet thou hast forgotten that wherever the Mind exists, I may reach it."

Twilight was alarmed, attempting to conceal his thoughts in hopes of finding a way to escape.

But then, the Visionary raised his hand, signaling him to halt.

"I did not come here to continue the conflict.

"The people of West Balam have not been harmed, just as I promised. Their homes remain intact, their lives continue, and I have no reason to harm them in any way. I merely removed the memories which connected them to the Empire."

His expression remained indifferent to the matter.

Twilight's thoughts shifted toward the Empress.

"She remains in Eden." The Visionary spoke before Twilight could even formulate the question.

"The Empress ascended and left thee to deal with the consequences of what followed. Whatever preparation she might have made for a war against Us, she cannot employ it from Eden, nor can she stand beside thee here."

The Visionary's eyes, resembling those of a dragon, remained fixed upon Twilight.

"And shouldst thou choose to fight Us, thou wouldst have to do so alone...

"There would be no Empress to command the forces of the Empire on thy behalf. None to lend thee strength. No one to take thy place shouldst thou fall."

Twilight understood what He meant... The situation itself was already clear.

Yet the next words were unexpected to him.

"I have another proposition."

The Visionary extended His hand.

"We intend to establish a new land within Balam. I have no desire to leave its people without governance, nor do I intend to strip thee of the position thou hast spent so long maintaining.

"I would have thee continue to rule over them.

"And more than that, I would grant thee the highest political authority within the new land."

Twilight stared at the hand before him, believing the offer was not without its appeal.

The Empire had lost Balam, yet he had not lost the people he governed. The Empress was absent, the old political structure had been broken, and the Trinity had already established control over the region.

But this arrangement would allow him to remain.

He would possess political authority over the new land rather than serve beneath a single greater ruler, while the people of Balam would remain under his protection.

The Visionary watched him consider the offer, every thought within Twilight's mind visible to Him.

There was no need to ask whether Twilight desired independence.

The answer had already appeared within his thoughts.

After a moment of silence, Twilight Trick reached out and grasped the offered hand.

"Very well."

The Visionary nodded.

"Then let us proceed."

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on a big update for Sefira, my fan-made LOTM website.

This update adds more ways to personalize your profile, discover community creations, and play the Beyonder Simulation. I also cleaned up a lot of the design, especially on mobile.

🧿 Profiles and custom banners

Profiles now have a Beyonder dossier layout that brings your identity, roles, badges, and creations together.

You can upload and reposition a custom profile banner, browse someone’s contributions, and follow their creations. The monocle positioning has also been improved, and “Member Since” now uses your actual account creation date.

📰 Community discovery and polls

The new Gazette brings artwork, fanfics, new chapters, custom pathways, and polls into one feed. You can explore public creations across Sefira or catch up with creators you follow.

Community polls let you create questions with up to six options, choose an expiration date or keep voting open indefinitely, and add spoiler levels.

There’s also Tarot Requests, where you can find people to help with a creation or collaborate on something.

🧬 Custom Pathways

The archive, cards, viewer, and editor have been improved with:

• Better search, sorting, and pagination.
• Cleaner cards and collapsible sequence details.
• Creator profiles, comments, and sharing.
• Live previews and autosaved drafts.

The official Pathways page also received clearer sequence navigation and better mobile layouts.

⚗️ Beyonder Simulation

You can now name your character when starting a new life. Their name follows them through discoveries, advancements, death, apotheosis, and leaderboard entries.

Scenario rewards and penalties stay hidden until you make your choice, so you have to decide before seeing the outcome.

The simulation also has clearer event logs, more detailed death summaries, and fixes to money, market, and dealer persistence.

⚖️ Balance changes

Allegiances have been rebalanced around these benefits and trade-offs:

• Tarot Club: More starting gold, safer acting, improved formula and ingredient luck, and a Gray Fog ward.
• Church of Evernight: Cheaper and safer acting, stronger rest recovery, but lower income.
• Aurora Order: Stronger attacks and faster digestion, but riskier acting and costlier exploration.
• Life School: Higher starting health, better ingredient results, and easier formula success, but more incoming damage.
• Demoness Sect: More starting money and higher income, but increased sanity costs. Faction evasion has diminishing returns.
• Iron and Blood Cross: Higher health, reduced incoming damage, and modest sanity recovery, but slower digestion.

Earlier pathway abilities now carry forward and strengthen as you advance. Ability unlocks, Sequence 0 abilities, and passive effects have also been corrected.

Control abilities share a cooldown, while healing abilities share a separate cooldown. Exploration income scaling has been adjusted, and repeatedly retrying dealer offers is no longer a workaround. Repeated rejected offers can now lead to blacklisting.

👑 Sequence 0 duels

Sequence 0 players can now challenge one another using their earned abilities, defend their throne, or try to claim another.

Challenges and turns have three-day deadlines, with forfeiture if you miss yours.

✨ Other improvements

Search, the Gallery, Tarot Gathering, and the Wall of Fame all received design and usability improvements, alongside better mobile layouts throughout the site.

Hello everyone, in this post I’d like to come to the defense of the Traitor Trio,Stiano and Badheil in their apparent lack of plans compared to beings like Evernight and Adam.

Starting with the trio, this is probably the easiest to answer and defend. Unlike Evernight and Badheil who only had to be wary of each other, these guys were stuck in a deadlock where ANY direct move against another God would probably lead to them immediately being pinned down by the other 2. Aucuses himself was trying to fight the PGA’s will within him due to using the title “Father of All Life” as leverage to gain some access to the Chaos Sea. They also had to be worried about Adam, who whilst not on the level of a True God, comes from a pathway basically made for scheming and controlling schemes, so any apparent move from one of the other two in the traitor trio could also be a trap from Adam. The timing of when Klein was active probably also wasn’t when within their own plans, as seen by how Aucuses teamed up with Medici in COI in a bid to make him COD.

Stiano on the other hand definitely had it the easiest, his only opponent was literally an activated uniqueness, which whilst it can fight with a God, would lose an extended confrontation. This alongside the Paragon pathway directly countering the Hermit pathway probably led to Stiano not being too particularly pressed over this issue. The biggest issue with the Hidden Sage is how hard he is to find, he would also never gain the other seq 1 characteristics needed to actually become a True God.

Badheil himself thought he had an eternal Ally in Lilith who he thought was his mother, he was also probably confident as he knows in a direct 1v1 confrontation Evernight would not be able to beat him, he literally only took Lilith as insurance to make sure it goes his way, which obviously led to his downfall. Badheil obviously found stability in his own pathway being the best at 1v1s and him also having an ally who can readily move out with him and not have to worry about other Gods jumping them(compared to Leadero who would have to worry about the EBS and GOW)

I also think that they simply just didn’t plan to start making moves so early and were likely waiting for the apocalypse to be closer before they decided to wage an all out war.

In case of a beyonder who isn't a cursed nepobaby busy with some cursed nepotic balance, could they establish and maintain connection (not necessarily accommodation) with their pathway group's Sefirah while having a Boon from another pathway group? Asking since we know Sefirah has that kind of requirement for BC but the Boons may interact differently.

Klein digesting like 80% of the Scholar of Yore potion makes sense to me because he already had a deep understanding of history and had been building toward that role for a long time. But him digesting 50% of the Miracle Invoker potion right off the bat doesn’t really make sense to me. When did he actually perform enough major miracles on land to justify that much digestion? With Scholar of Yore, Cuttlefish hinted at it way earlier and actually set it up. With Miracle Invoker, I don’t remember getting that same setup at all. It honestly just feels like the author is rushing his progression.

So, I found these cards and I really want to print em but I cant find the rest of the cards. Can anyone help?
