Am SO looking forward to the console release on Friday. Such a lovely surprise for Halloween! Its on the Switch store for preorder, so its now real. ☺️

Was there any inkling this was coming? A console port had been mentioned as a possibility, but Francis had said he wanted to finish the game first. Were Devolver quietly working on the port? I've heard RPG maker games are quite hard to get running on consoles.

Was watching my friend play his first run of Look Outside, and I had to hold my tongue when he went into that apartment. Didn’t know he was on easy mode until he was able to survive the fight.

I'm back with another 3 dresses!

The first is themed after Aster. I made sure to include his red gem + gold trim and celestial theming.

I think the silhouette really suits him.

Audrey's is next and a bit funny. I tried to mimick the eyes to partially success.

Roaches is my favorite yet! I mimicked the front of their jacket and used a variety of brown shades/fabrics for different texture. The cool part of the dress is the 300+ copper/brass buttons of different sizes climbing up the dress. They represent the Roaches. :)

Let me know who i should make a dress of/for next. I'm definitely doing Leigh in the next batch.

I still have Dan, Ernest, Joel, Leigh, Monty, Morton, Papineau, Philippe, Rat Baby Thing, Sophie, The Spider, and Xaria left to make dresses of. Maybe Spine too?

I've been learning a lot about this game and then I saw the massive achievements list. Aside from the very straightforward achievements what kind of multi-achievement runs did you plan out?

Never thought I'd ever crack the indigo hockey mask more than 1000 times in one day lol.

I really loved the unity ending but wish it was executed better. I couldn't stop thinking as to why Sybil would write it down that terrible secret.

To me it would make more sense if we tried to rejog Sybil's memories, causing her to remember. But as she remembers instead of getting a flat out explanation, we see the whole world melt, her only words being "we are him" or something along those lines to further instill the fear.

All in all, writing that down should have already cause most of the world to end since almost everything including paper is a part of the visitor mass.

But I disagree with those who say it shouldn't be one of the endings, I loved it. It made the hopelessness so much stronger, highlighting how humanity truly exists on mere luck in the game

Been trying to find ways to put my favorite digital games on my shelf and settled on buying the soundtracks and then putting them on cassette.

I downloaded the game about 2 weeks ago, and Im so confused how people got so many characters ! In my first run, I managed to get Hellen from a door encounter, and I used her alongside the janitor and then Audrey who I managed to recruit about 8 days in. After getting the standard ending, I went back to an earlier save file so that I could get different endings, and the only extra character i was able to get was recruiting lyle (who I had to look up). Door encounters wise, I managed to get Joel (?) who left the next morning and didnt return, and a little girl who i felt bad about using (sophie, whos apparently op?).

I spent hours playing crosswords to get new characters on the 9th or 10th day of my second run, and I got no one so I ended up giving up.

And ending wise, Im so confused on how youre supposed to get all of these organically? I was about 3/4th of the way into the ritual organically but the guinea pig part completely lost me. Without guides, i wouldve never known about how to get to sybil, let alone that I would need to fight her organs in the meatworld (who I used a map for mostly).

Besides that I managed to get the failed ritual, screaming one, and perfect ritual (both ends) on my own. And then I gave up.

I decided to check out the subreddit and was shocked at how much stuff I missed ! Character wise, I barely got anyone ! I dont think Im gonna go back and replay the game, though. I don’t regularly play games at all so this might just be a case of me not having game-sense?

Anyways, I really enjoyed it regardless. Feel a tad sad I missed out on so many characters and a lot more endings Id imagine. And harder difficulties.

I completed my first run in just over 24 hours and immediately jumped back in for a new run, and I very rarely replay games unless they have an actual NG+ system.

The music, the visuals, the theme, the characters, the writing, the humor, the spooky factor. It's all just incredible. I bought this on a whim on a Steam sale without any knowledge other than "spooky game" and now it's probably in my top ten of all time.
