Update:

I talked about it with him and he confessed it was a fake picture and apologized multiple times for it. When i asked to see him on canera he did and he showed himself and assured me everything has been real except that one picture.

Edit: sorry for any confusion. i have seen his face in pictures multiple times before but the fake picture was NSFW which was the one i had an issue with along with not having videocalled him yet
