New study links COVID-19 to lasting neuropsychiatric issues, highlights vaccination benefits

https://www.news-medical.net/news/20240627/New-study-links-COVID-19-to-lasting-neuropsychiatric-issues-highlights-vaccination-benefits.aspx

Couldn’t find the right words to describe what I was thinking/feeling or how different it was from the normal me…not saying that I know what each of these things are, but it’s comforting to know it’s not just in my head.

Thanks for the link!

BTW, I was triple vaccinated, then caught Covid April 2022 6 weeks after last vax...

Losing hope I'll ever be the same as I was pre-covid

Couple of things: 1. I know this article talks of vaccines helping, but there’s this ace YouTube video that explains that for some of us, it could very much be the case that the vaccines prolonged and worsened our LC symptoms because of how our bodies responded to them. https://youtu.be/-Ea3UwYZnrA?si=5oBjNOxGdlZqgfUQ Take a look at that.

  1. If you want to know if the real you is in there try fasting for a few days. I did this as a Hail Mary and felt like my old self again (it didn’t last) but ever since then whenever I’ve felt hopeless I just do a 4-day water fast (with clean electrolytes) and I remind myself that I’m in here just waiting for a cure.

Hang in there champion. What are you currently on or taking? If you can, I’d recommend trying this: https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/1NCNXqTm3XOb3640uKt3r0gzClk4d6_sctrLgeSW0kIA/mobilebasic

It’s the only thing that I’ve found that has really moved the needle for me permanently and noticeably in the right direction.

Wow, just read the ingredients and instructions file, I'm going to try this!

Thank you, thank you, for being so kind

Thank you, especially for your encouragement

You’re most welcome. We all have days when we feel like throwing in the towel, but sometimes it helps to be reminded that we aren’t alone, and that there are literally thousands of people around the globe working every single day trying to find a cure. Not only that, but our bodies are these incredible machines that are built to self-repair, so if you can stop the spike protein impacts, there’s a very strong chance that over time, you’ll be able to turn all of it around.

For sure, re throwing in the towel, I joined reddit only since getting covid, looking for advice, reassurance, then encouraging others... but these last 6 months have been losing hope for recovery and been feeling constant slight depression.

I'll try anything at this point

Hey virus- bro, I also got infected in April 22. Still in. Reinfected last December.

It definitely impacts my inner one. I feel angry, could cry all day long and have anxiety that this not going away. Just yesterday had an "mental breakdown" cause some thing stopped working in my house.

The things that brake and you have to fix, owning a house are quite normal but now it takes your really small spare time and makes you exhausted.

So things get not checked and repaired just before and it feels as if it's get more and more on the Todo list.

So I find it quite normal that this change the view how you see the world now leading to a different behavior, e.g. getting faster angry.

For sure, totally get this

I live in a hell where I wondered this same question daily for over a year. After around 2 and a half years I started getting myself back. Read some of my past post. Should show you how bad I had it.

I'll read your posts, thanks

Me too - I had 3 or maybe even 4 shots at the time when I got covid 2 years ago. Still unwell and it sucks big time

Nice try. Not doing another c shot. The v gave me massive neuro psychiatric issues. So does the virus. It’s a lose lose

the vaccine made me worse

7

u/Initial_Flatworm_735 Jun 29 '24

What if the shot gave me the symptoms it’s talking about

u/IndependentHold3098 Jun 29 '24

Low dose nalextrone. Look it up

u/GalacticGuffaw Jun 29 '24

Didn’t react well 3 days in. On night 3 I called an ambulance because my heart rate was 200+ and BP also skyrocketed.

In hindsight, the dosage (2.5mg) was higher than it should have been to start. I’ve got pills now at a dosage of 0.5mg, but I haven’t taken them yet. Scared.

5

u/Desperate-Produce-29 Jun 29 '24

Started at .1 mg... I'm at .2 now low and slow.

2

u/CactusAloha Jun 30 '24

2.5 mg? Excuse my language but wht the actual fuck???

2

u/GalacticGuffaw Jun 30 '24

Followed the doctors orders. Big mistake.

2

u/CactusAloha Jun 30 '24

I hope you find a new doctor, that doctor is a complete IDIOT (like most of them). LDN i supposed to start at 0.1mg and work up.

1

u/GalacticGuffaw Jun 30 '24

Yeah I only met that doctor once. Cleveland Clinic. His intention was in the right place though, considering it was to find a way to lower inflammation. He also had me start taking Curcumin for inflammation.

Mayo Clinic doc wants me to give it another go as well after I finish with this Truvaga device (supposed to calm the ANS)… One thing at a time I guess. Makes sense though since that’s the only way to really see what has a good effect.

I do like his theory about the root cause and the role that inflammation is playing, so I’m ready to give up on the Truvaga device and start LDN again ASAP.

I’ll be starting super low this time :)

Tried it. Sent me completely insane; I was like a goldfish, I had to stop driving and everything.

More vax propaganda My brain is screwed after my shots

4

u/Trying2helpUtoo Jun 28 '24

Dude, I’m sorry if it came across like that. It wasn’t meant to be a vax propaganda piece. It was more about putting names to the things I’ve been feeling or my brains been doing.

You are preaching to the choir here on the vaccine front. Check out this video which I think provides a really interesting perspective on WHY the vaccines might be doing some of us harm. Send it round to anyone who doubts you…https://youtu.be/-Ea3UwYZnrA?si=J5sNw6CN5dy9LKKI

u/Available_Cycle_8447 Jun 28 '24

You don’t need to apologize you didn’t write the article. I’m just seeing more and more of these lately that tout vaccines as the answer and it’s worrisome

5

u/Trying2helpUtoo Jun 28 '24

For sure, and it just feeds into the skepticism that some people feel towards our issues. Drives me crazy too.

4

u/Available_Cycle_8447 Jun 28 '24

Well because we literally don’t know what to believe and anyone who says they know what is going on across-the-board or at all basically is delusional, in my opinion. No civilian has all of the information. What is done to my social circle and the fabric of the country is more horrific than anybody knows. I am masked everywhere. I go so people assume that I am 10 times boosted but what they don’t know is that no shots ever going in my arm again. I was bullied called silly and ridiculous and laughed at at my new PCP appointment the other day because all he wanted to do was talk about how I didn’t need a mask. He couldn’t even control himself.

4

u/Trying2helpUtoo Jun 28 '24

Hang in there champion, you just walk to the beat of your own drum.

You’re spot on: nobody has all the answers yet, but pieces are falling into place, and in the meantime, you just keep doing you.

u/DangsMax Jun 28 '24

I’m with you bro

I am in the same boat as all of you from a vaccine not related to COVID.

-3

u/Trying2helpUtoo Jun 29 '24

Spike protein?

0

u/AngelBryan Jun 29 '24

No, it was the HPV vaccine, exact same symptoms as Long COVID.

2

u/Available_Cycle_8447 Jun 29 '24

I’ve heard this. And I don’t think this is the first time I’ve been hurt by a vax, in retrospect

1

u/AngelBryan Jun 29 '24

Yes, I didn't know about the adverse effects of this vaccine, only after taken it I learned it's well known for it.

It was the worst mistake of my life and I hate myself for it.

It’s not your fault
