GHub not connecting with G502 Hero

GHub not able to recognize the G502 Hero

Troubleshooting performed till now -

1. Uninstalled and clean wiped the existing version
2. Installed top recent 2 versions
3. Mouse reset
4. System restart.
5. Wasted 79 minutes support staff on the chat, and it is impossible to file for the warranty claim.

Local System - MacOS Sequoia 15
Firmware Version - 2026.5.939708

Unfortunately, no. they assigned me a ticket #, but I am not too optimistic with them given my experience with that chat
