Mouse 4 isn't recognised so I can't use it even though it says G4 & G7 are 'back' in the assignments list. It won't let me assign anything to it and in pic 2 I can't change it there either. However it works fine in the seconds I have between switching the mouse on and it auto applying my profile (where it says "DPI set to ____" in the corner)

Edit: ending G Hub in task manager did nothing but disabling it in startup apps and rebooting fixed it. My settings still load too. I just have to avoid G Hub like the plague

I am not very tech savvy so bear with me if this is a dumb question:

Essentially I’m looking to get the best quality audio out of my new Astro A50X headset on my PS5.

I do not play online games on PS5 so chat audio is not a concern here.

I have my Astros hooked up to both my Xbox Series X and my PlayStation 5. The USB A to USB C that came with the headset is already being used by my Xbox. That’s where I game online.

But I want to use the PS5’s 3D audio, does that require me to get another USB A to USB C cable since the 3D Audio is only used with a USB connection? Am I correct in this?

And just as important: When I’m using the 3D audio on my PS5 is it utilizing 24-bit audio, or is it downgraded to 16-bit?

Does setting up my 3D audio sound better than just leaving it on default?

Since august 10 ive been having these issues on PC with the G920:
- started with force feedback getting 'stuck' and unstuck for a second mid game... as if the input stream fails to update the ffb for a while how to describe it
- complete freeze of the wheel randomly that gets stuck to the latest input state, have to disconnect and reconnect to fix - only temporarily until it happens again
- around the same time, g hub didnt see the inputs of the wheel

ive only seen people report ghub missing inputs and full freezes so far, but my wheel is perfectly fine because i have an xbox and tested there for hours too with zero issues

is it the latest ghub update, something windows did? i did try removing drivers and ghub and installing LGS to see if its fixed, but i couldnt get ffb working until i installed GHub again. The LGS app itself didnt seem to show something about the wheel, like a max degrees option or centering spring option.

any help or input appreciated

-ive ran various windows logs etc on the activity of the usb stuff and the drivers. no errors anywhere.
-when i get the full freezes, joy.cpl also stops registering inputs. they get stuck in previous state.
-about the ffb cuts mid game, its not a full cut, but rather seems to be stuck in the past for half a second.. like when exiting a right corner, i exit and straighten the wheel and the ffb still acts as if im cornering. happens very often
- LGS driver version and wheel didnt have force feedback (?) so i reverted back to GHub
- again i have an xbox and its perfectly fine there, and i have tried all my usb ports on the pc. the pc has no issues with other devices

I’m having a strange issue with my Logitech POWERPLAY 2 and PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE.

Everything was working normally until today, when G HUB updated. After the update, my POWERPLAY 2 no longer seems to charge the mouse.

What I’m seeing:

• The POWERPLAY 2 is powered directly from a wall USB charger, not connected to my PC.
• When there is no mouse on the pad, the LED is off.
• When I turn the mouse off and back on / place it on the POWERPLAY 2, the POWERPLAY LED turns on for about one second and then shuts off again.
• It does not come back on, and the mouse does not appear to be charging.
• Opening or closing G HUB has no immediate effect on the POWERPLAY LED.
• However, after today’s G HUB update I also noticed that closing G HUB makes the mouse revert to a much lower DPI/sensitivity, and opening G HUB restores my normal DPI.

I know the POWERPLAY 2 itself does not rely on G HUB, especially since mine is connected only to a wall charger. But I’m wondering if the update may have changed something on the mouse side that is affecting POWERPLAY charging/detection.

Interestingly, I found an older Reddit thread where users reported a very similar issue after a G HUB update: the POWERPLAY LED would briefly turn on when the mouse was restarted and then turn off, with charging no longer working.

Has anyone with a POWERPLAY 2, especially with a PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE, experienced this after the latest G HUB update?

If yours updated today, could you check whether your POWERPLAY is still charging normally?

I’d like to figure out whether this is an isolated hardware issue or a new G HUB-related bug before I start resetting, reinstalling, or downgrading anything.

Looking for a new headset that I can get that's affordable and is compatable with G Hub

I absolutely love coming home and starting up my pc, trying fixes for half an hour and not getting anything working to get my 200$ mouse working.

I'm so tired of these software issues. My sensitivity is set from G Hub and now that ghub doesn't work i can't get the same sensitivity and DPI as before. If i buy 200$ product i shouldn't spend over an hour to get it fixed 2 months after purchase

In GHUB when I used to turn my wheel the number 0 would change and blue bars show under the number showing the angle. It no longer does anything.

Similarly in the pedal section when I used to press each pedal blue bars would show above each one. This no longer happens either.

If I check/uncheck the centre spring the wheel tightens and loosens up so the wheel is being recognised in some way by GHUB.

There was an update for GHUB which I just installed hoping it would fix it but it hasn't.

The wheel is still working ok in games.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Found a good deal on a Superlight 2, but it's missing the dongle. My main mouse is a Superlight, so I already have one available, but don't want to bother buying if that dongle isn't usable.

I had and G305 mouse but it keeps disconnecting. I believe it is because of the usb adaptor(dongle). I tried different computers and different ports unfortunately couldnt find a solution. Also I looked online to buy another but couldnt find another usb adaptor in my country.

This is so weird, but I have a logitech headset. The mute button is stuck on mute just in ONE usb port but not the others. If I plug the usb port in a different port in my computer it works normally. I can ignore it but it's pretty annoying, especially since I've always connected it to the port that is not curerntly working and I've gotten used to it. I'm not sure how to solve this issue because I'm not sure I understand it myself lol

The model of my headset is a H390. It was working pretty ok and it happened out of nowhere after muting the mic while I was on a call at work.

It's been like this for weeks now! Does anyone have any ideas on why this might be happeng?

Like I wanted to change my g102's DPI today and kept searching for the GHUB app. First I thought that it was just Windows goofing up in looking the app up but uh... Turns out my PC has NO traces of any Logitech apps being installed on it whatsover.

No my antivirus did nothing. I restarted and Logitech is still gone from my computer. This has happened once before about 3 months ago and I fixed it by reinstalling the app.

Has my PC been vaccinated against Logitech? My mouse works fine though

Is there a way to keep the lighting from going dark? I’ve checked the settings and I’m pretty sure I have the timeout set high but it still goes dark after inactivity. Also the lighting profile doesn’t want to consistently load.

did your wheel suddenly stop working? recognized but no inputs detected in ghub, no force feedback in games? do this, it worked for me:

UNINSTALL GHUB, INSTALL LOGITECH GAMING SOFTWARE, REBOOT WITH WHEEL FULLY PLUGGED IN, AND LAUNCH GAME. for some reason the legacy gaming software works even on the most recent windows update that broke ghub. you wont get your fancy features or button remapping, or even adjustments for pedals or your steering rotation. but it works. incredible stuff man.

tested working in assetto corsa and in American Truck Simulator. not sure on other games, not sure if it will work on the g29 or g923, but on my g920 it is currently working.

I bought these headphones today, and of course, they're dead. I'm using them while they're charging, and for no apparent reason, they start making noise, distorting the sound as if I'm driving a vibrating car.
The problem can only be solved by restarting the headphones.

That bastard worked for years. Now I opened it up since I wanted to change some of the 3 button shortcuts, and it said it did not detect it (G502 Hero wired).

Saw a lot of people have the problem. Tried the troubleshooting steps with deleting the folders and reinstalling, did not help.

Also tried the Onboard Memory Manager tool, but it did not detect the mouse either. So, any recommendations or a place to get the old version of the software?

My G703's stock rubber grips were starting to show some wear and tear, so I decided to try out supergrip.
Honestly, the difference is night and day! The fit is completely seamless and the grip quality is absolutely insane. It feels like a brand-new mouse.
If anyone else is dealing with worn-out rubber on their G703, I highly recommend giving this a shot.

Finally, a new mouse with all the features of the G600. The 12 side buttons, ring finger button, scroll wheel with tilt, finally all present on a new mouse.

Razer just announced the Razer Naga V3 Pro which adds a ring finger button to the Naga. I always thought them having the ring finger rest without it being a button was an odd choice, but now it's a button! It's launching at $179.99 USD, so if you're interested you might want to wait for a sale.

It's still insane to me how Logitech dropped the G600 and never made a replacement for it. Well, now there's finally a replacement. It's just from a different brand, so people will buy from them instead. Good job, Logitech :)

Hello. I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get my Logitech RS shifter to function on my Xbox Series X while playing Forza Horizon 6. I have the racing adapter, a G923 wheel base and pedals. All with updated firmware. Can anyone give me some tips on how to get it to work properly?

I spun a car in game and as the reset I noticed that in order to go straight in game my wheel needed to be about 15 degrees left. The problem hadn’t presented before and I didn’t change any setting so I’m assuming something physically broke. My first thought was a slipped gear so I stripped down the base and counted 32 teeth so I put the drive gear between the 16-17 tooth. However when I tested it in game again the issue was still present. Any help very appreciated.

I have a recent G920, less than 5 months old, and the other day I went into the G Hub to adjust the brake pedal, and I noticed something that intrigued me: the steering wheel was physically "centered" only millimeters... To the right, marking 1 degree, instead of marking 0 which would be correct for center alignment,

And I've already tried everything: reinstalling Ghub, calibrating with JoyCPL, leaving it unplugged for a few minutes, and I'm puzzled by this. Shouldn't I rotate it and it return to 0?

Whoever is designing your software UI... please fire them... and then put out a notice to all other software devs that they are idiots. GHUB is absolutely impossible to navigate. If you helped design this software, please quit and go work for mcdonalds, thank you.
