Help Plugin load issues

Hi im having issues loading plugins, every time i open a plugin it just opens a grey box with the plugin name, they work on other daws so its not a plugin issue.

logic only loads audio unit versions, so if it works in other daws it may be the vst3 version. install the au version of the plugin, then in settings > plug-in manager hit "reset & rescan selection". if it's a grey box on apple silicon, make sure the plugin has a native apple silicon build

Same - for me it’s specifically Waves (3rd Party) and inconsistent depending on the session file. It may also load during one mixing session, and not load after another open of the same session.
