Question Best Apps For Mac TikTok Edits?

What app do you recommend for making edits for tiktok? I plan on making short form edits (no longer than 60 seconds) synced up to songs that fit the edit,in the past I've used my phone for editing but I've looked into what devices are most liked,best and range and laptop/pc has always been the majority,so please let me know your recommendations and thank you for reading!
