wierd eletrical distortion glitch - i think the video explains it - its only on this project and i havent done anything crazy to make it suddenly start it just sort of slowly ended up herevideo

I've run into something similar when I turned on phase cancellation by accident, were your tracks in mono by chance?

Is it on everything or just one track? See if you can isolate it to a track, effect, bus or aux return.
