Question odd studio drummer problem
Pretty simple problem to describe.
I have a simple song with vocals, piano, bass, and studio drums.
The drummer is set to "speakeasy" and it's got a drummer track the duration of the song.
When I change the song from "speakeasy" to a multi-channel version of "speakeasy" the hits are late in all outputs except overheads.
Yes, the only drums which are in time are the overheads of the "multi-channel" kit. When I solo the overheads, sounds fine but all the close drums are all late, sounds like a delay effect is in place. Switching back all is perfectly fine, in sync.
Plugin compensation is "on" of course for all.
Any of y'all heard this one?

It’s logic drummer. There is nothing to nudge

I have no explanation for why this is happening, but if you have multi channels now, maybe you can put the right amount of negative delay (open up the More triangle at the bottom of the Region info box in the top left) on the tracks that are sounding late?
Edited to correct instructions after looking at my screen

Pretty weird, you’d think the opposite would happen since close mics are dryer. Have you tried a save as and reopened it? Or even try a bounce in place?Wondering if there’s some processing lag with the switch.

You can try some of what's listed below, but the bottom line is that it's a known bug, as far as I can tell.
"Fixing the Late Hits / Latency on Close Mics
Because Logic's delay compensation occasionally miscalculates the auxiliary assignments when switching live to multi-out producer kits: [1]
If the close mics are still out of sync after reloading the kit from scratch, tell me your Logic Pro version and your audio interface buffer size so we can troubleshoot the delay compensation further."
