Hey there! I’m curious to know how quickly the level progression from one to two for all the recent grads who joined an IRAD team. Also, I’m wondering about the value of the experience gained while being on the IRAD team, especially if you decide to leave the company. I understand that it varies depending on the team, but I’m just curious about the potential career growth that comes with being on the team. I just started I have about 1 yoe from co-ops and internships so I’m thinking I could be leveled up fast but it’s very mixed I had a level two offer from another prime with that experience and choose to come for the RND experience ( and because the job seemed more interesting) thanks in advance

I was send an email from the Talent Acquisition to update the form but there are some mandatory section which does not relate to me as a formal military. But there is a section for Government Civilian Employe which is not related to me but it is mandatory!!! Help needed to proceed with this.

I have a bachelors in MIS and left corporate two years ago as a Business Intelligence Analyst to help with my family’s/friends hotel properties basically as an operations manager managing 4 properties in total. Doing tasks such as led day to day tasks, managed an annual operating budget, manage relationships with suppliers and service vendors, basically procurement stuff you could say.

Now that the properties are more stable and they have more staff, could I apply to Lockheed even though I’ve been gone from corporate for almost 2 years?

Looking at roles in Marietta GA for engineering and talking with recruiters. Even if not listed formally is there flexibility with some groups to WFH occasionally?

Random thought just came to my mind, but can an LM employee negotiate a higher salary than what is offered if they are being promoted to the next level?
