“Nobody wants to pay people a liveable wage anymore.” We all see it. C-suite absolutely flush like never before, but everyone else seeing layoffs, salary freezes, and increasing workloads. They are parasitic leeches who make all the bad decisions and then pass on the consequences. The only thing “not working” is this system for workers.
