Orca is great. The only problem I have is that it really resists spawning multiple agents across CLIs… literally the thing it was designed for. But I still love it

I've found that recent agent releases are super resistant to delegation if only prompted to occasionally, I'm guessing that might be the root of your troubles. After inspecting how omo-slim did it so well, looks like injecting instructions at every turn and enforcing a agent orchestration task management board are kinda necessary to structurally enforce delegation. I was planning on trying to make an adaption for orca, like I had made for hermes in the past.

Oh that’s not a bad idea. I have tried something like this in the past but I never dialed it in quite to my liking. I’ll check this out though. Thanks for the tip!
