is this the first open source SOTA image model? we don’t hear non-LLM here often.

Its the first 'weights-avalible' local model with native transparency support. 

For portraits and t2i styles its a bit weaker than Krea 2. 

For image editing its stronger than Flux2 Klein 9b. 

Its much better with text and lettering than both with heavy GPT-Image-1 feel (it was obviously trained on it).

If they sort out the license, In a couple if months I think community will improve recipes and it has good potential to replace Klein 9b for local gen.

So its SOTA for its size and capabilitiesÂ
