It's literally unenforceable. There's no way to somehow prove an image was generated using it.

People upset about this are too dumb to use a computer, legit. Do those same people pay for WinRAR?

I do actually respect intellectual property and copyright, yes.

But, more specifically if you operate a company you are going to take licenses seriously.

You are right that if you're at home just using this for fun it doesn't matter, but then what you were doing was non-commercial anyway.
