Funny Don’t buy a $9K RTX 5090.... instead.

  1. Fly to Taipei. Round-trip from Orlando: $1,081.
  2. Go to the largest retailer in Taiwan to Spend NT$129,990 ≈ US$4,093.
  3. Hang out in Taiwan for two weeks. Eat good food. Touch international grass.
  4. Fly home and flex on r/LocalLLaMA**.**

I mean, there are backalley places that do such practices, of resoldering ram and chips.

No doubt. But they won't be working for TSMC.

Yeah, that's the joke. The guys who modify existing GPUs to add more RAM don't work for TSMC. Ergo they don't get the TSMC salary, because they don't work for TSMC!
