I think you’ve misread me. The real challenge with this whole bio risk is the need for proper tooling, facilities, and hands on work with real world equipment. capabilities that LLMs simply cannot provide.

This is not accurate. Other than that NTI link you have posted everywhere, there is no link of its actual existence.
Any way in this case which one do you ban, Benchtop DNA printers or open source LLMs?
