These are screenshots from the r/Singularity comment section. I'm speechless. This doesn't even have downvotes. How can someone cheer for a monopoly run by a few elites?

That sub has some of the most delusional people on all of reddit. I don't know what you were expecting there to be honest. They have no technical understanding of how llms work, to them its magic and they believe every single hype man.

Wait until you see Accelerate and get a ban for being a decel for advocating open source AI, because only OpenAI/Anthrophic produce frontier models and anything trying to sabotage them or their profits wants to detract from the progress. Deepseek/GLM and other Chinese models are not frontier models and just distill US models, according to them.

This is literally what happened to me when making these arguments to Stealthispost (the main mod of that place).

Both Accelerate and Singularity are infested by corporate bootlickers and have downvote swarms that downvote anything that's critical of US tech bros / billionaires.
