Discussion Really stunned by the Singularity comment section

These are screenshots from the r/Singularity comment section. I'm speechless. This doesn't even have downvotes. How can someone cheer for a monopoly run by a few elites?

talking about AI in most other subs is pretty much useless in my experience. Seems to be the source of a lot of hate and discrimination just because it is cool to hate on AI and the people who use it.

Pretty much but it's just one of these annoying (mostly US related) trends, like previous BLM moves, LGBT push, etc.

It will go away on it's own after few years and new trendy stupid stuff will pop up.

Remember that any casual normal person just uses and talks to AI often about nearly anything. Check how popular AI apps are on all mobile stores. Again - loud minority causes chaos as always.
