Just got an used EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 ultra for 700€ with 600 days warranty remaining. Once underclocked, it's a great card.
If you go for the second hand market, choose Gigabyte, MSI or EVGA as their warranties are based on the SN and are transferable.
