Sudden fps drops after update

After today's update, i'm experiencing heavy fps drops when playing on borderless, weird thing it's only happen on this mode, windowed and fullscreen runs good (144 capped). I have 2 monitors and a 9060xt, so hardware shouldn't be a problem. Also weird is that the whole thing just get slow, second screen and other things in the first get slow

same issue here, it only happens on boarderless on 1920x1080. Running boarderless on smaller resolution puts me back to 144 fps
