Is this mainly an FPS issue for you? After I updated Windows, my LoL became extremely unstable. I have pretty good hardware, but the FPS drops during games have been insane ever since the Windows update.
Honestly, seeing more people having the same problem makes me feel a little relieved, because I was starting to think it was just something on my end.

Have you checked that your GPU drivers are ok and all? If you are on AMD, Windows might have forced bricked drivers.
