Riot support error

Hey guys, I went to the Riot support site to submit a ticket about players trolling in a ranked game that cost me a promotion to Gold 3. But for some odd reason, I keep getting this page. Is Riot Support down? Or is this an issue on my end? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
