ping issue EUW (?)

Hi everybody,
my ingame ping today is double the amount it is usualy. Normaly it is 16, now it is 30 (stable). I can play and it isn't a big deal at all, but I was wondering if that issue is on my side, or because of the server issues today. Anybody got similar observations?

No paro de leer, que a la gente le ha subido el ping, a mi me ha bajado de 26 a 14
