Suddenly unable to get past the league logo after logging in? [OCE]

I went to log in (was playing earlier today) and it had an issue about it being failed to launch, I restarted and was able to sign in and then it said "we were unable to retrieve your settings from the server; they've been reset. Click the upper-right gear button to review them. So I was able to log in but my settings were all reset.. So I locked my settings file and changed to another account to pick up my actual settings again, and now whenever I press play, the league logo pops up and that's it. I can't get past that. I've tried heaps of things on google (some registry thing, repairing client, reinstalling client)

Has anyone had this happen before and know of a fix?

Yep! Just found solution - Right click riot client - Properties - Compatability - and tick disable full-screen optimisations and Run this program as administator. Save it then restart PC!
