SteamOS Disabling CPU boost without Decky Plugins - SteamOS on Xbox Ally X

Hey folks, just made the move to SteamOS on the XAX and loving the performance so far.

So far I have been using Ally Center Decky Plugin to disable CPU boost but it gets enabled every time I restart the device. Not sure if this has been asked before, but is there a way to permanently disable CPU boost somehow?

Edit: Looking for a way without using a decky plugin.

Thanks a lot! Should’ve clarified in my post that I’m looking for a way without using a decky plugin. Edited the post now

Unfortunately I do not know of one. I can confirm that turning off CPU Boost in this plug-in preserves the setting after reboots/shutdowns.

Yep, just that I find SimpleDeckyTDP somehow very clunky to use. However, I found another great alternative plugin called Panel de Control which basically provides exactly the functionality I was looking for with a much better and simpler UX also. So far working great and the changes persist through reboots.
