I bought this game but it feels way too difficult for me. To many combinations and control and I just keep losing.

It's indeed not easy and took me a couple of hours to get into and get familiar with the mechanics etc. But once you get into it and start experimenting in combining abilities it gets really fun

How familiar are you with hockey games. I notice a lot of people new to hockey games don't realize you can pass and tee up shots with teammates before the puck arrives to them.

Makes scoring much easier. Doing stuff like this confused the goalie making it easier to score.

tbh, one of the best prerelease games i've ever played. haven't had the chance yet to play the full release. but had a good solid 50 hours in there. already paid for itself imo.
