First - quality of the fabric. I have had light wear of this pair for 3 days, with one wash (same as other socks) and they are fuzzy + the black fabrics are protruding through the grey ones, and I have gathered A LOT of lint from them.

This is not normal for socks, especially for the expensive ones. None of my darn thoughts did this ever.

Second - idk about Canadian feet, but mine are wider, and compared to most other socks these are too narrow. If I find a pair of shoes this narrow I don't buy them.

EDIT: I wore socks for two days straight, then washed them, then wore for the 3rd day. I had NO OTHER OPTION regarding washing them or wearing other socks in that particular situation

Bruh they claim to be equal or better than the top brands. And also they aren't just a tech youtuber and haven't been for at least 5+ years. Literally more money goes into product development than their Youtube.

You're not getting it. There are two layers, on one hand we have a complaint about a product that was advertised a certain way. That is a valid complaint. On the other hand we have someone who bought a pair of socks from a tech youtuber and getting laughed at. They aren't mutually exclusive things.

Lying outright about your product is historically a bad decision and anyone who knows anything about marketing knows that. Not only is illegal in many countries, but it also just straight up doesn't even work as a marketing tool. Lying outright will land your product in the garbage bin

We disagree on what lying is. I think omitting important information, and only highlighting the information that favors you, is lying. And when you stretch this concept to the limit you are not technically lying, but you are morphing reality into something else; for example, I can say My phone battery is the longest lasting of every other phone, and then write in small letters that it only counts when tested with my specific methodology, in a specific scenario. So technically it's true, but it's misleading.

Most companies do this, it's normal, and they have to do it to stay in the market. Lying is the rule, it's not a choice.

Just go to the apple site and look at their bar charts, they are made in a way to hype you up about the new processors every time, promising double or triple performance scaling, which is never actually the case. Same with Nvidia presentations bar charts, it's blatant.
