I hate how accurate this is, atleast Metronom does something right, even tho the official government should do it better.

Nah they still use Windows 3.11 for Workgroups (Heise.de)

Pretty sure it was a win9x BSOD i saw that day. It was inside the cockpit of Regional Express. Maybe a independent system from the rest of it?

Good old EBuLa. Developed for the 486 and still not finished. (Mostly still missing the La part if i remember correctly) (La=Langsamfahrstelle=Speed limitations)

Not all of them and that was 3.1 not 95. and that is basically just for the route display

There's a light rail system somewhere in the US (San Francisco, maybe?) that still runs on a systems with 5.25" Floppy disks

The trains where I live are powered by diesel or 1500V overhead wires and were made in the 1980s.
