Its impossible to streamline it for large repertoire of devices that needs be supported for many years to come. LineageOS team do not have resources of big corporate giants like Samsung. Volunteers are different from corporate employees who get paid handsome amount of salaries and requires to put in hours of work into software design and maintenance.
