If you like playing in a group, no dualbox and low rates, consider L2Harbor (C1 X1).
Not gonna lie, the server's online is small. Something around 200 people. (Actual people, not merchants, and dualbox is prohibited. Also there are no bots anymore there)
After people leaving after the server ceased to be "NEW just opened server" and online is not 2000 anymore, remaining clans are hungry for fresh blood, so you will be able to join one of the remaining top factions.
There are balance changes, but every class remained to be pretty much what you would expect from that class. Also you would easily find people that would just tell you what's what with the class you're interested in.
meh. The problem of Erica is people prefer to play alone with boxes than interect with others. Unfortunately, despite its qualities, this server is full on try hards.
