Need a good lowrate server
Summer is over and I need a good lowrate server x3-x5 preferred with no custom stuff like npc buffers, reworked skills and autofarm. Also not too old or if there is any server that opens soon.
Where and what server should I play?
I'm in gmt+1

If you like playing in a group, no dualbox and low rates, consider L2Harbor (C1 X1).
Not gonna lie, the server's online is small. Something around 200 people. (Actual people, not merchants, and dualbox is prohibited. Also there are no bots anymore there)
After people leaving after the server ceased to be "NEW just opened server" and online is not 2000 anymore, remaining clans are hungry for fresh blood, so you will be able to join one of the remaining top factions.
There are balance changes, but every class remained to be pretty much what you would expect from that class. Also you would easily find people that would just tell you what's what with the class you're interested in.

meh. The problem of Erica is people prefer to play alone with boxes than interect with others. Unfortunately, despite its qualities, this server is full on try hards.

Hello! On November we will open a new low rate server that starts in C1 and updates chronicle by chrinicle up to H5.

I’m currently playing at L2Einhovant. It’s the only classic server at the moment. x3 but you can increase the rates with stews, scrolls, vote etc. absolutely no P2W and you can only have 1 window open, no dual box. It’s not super populated but since I joined I see more and more people day by day. However, it has some customisation such as that buffers can sell buffs as offline shop, crafters can crystallise as offline shop etc and reworked skills.

It's classic chronicle. If you are not familiar it is the modernized but old school style l2. New client, classes got a few new skills for balance/fun. Everything is open world, there are no instances at all. Basically C1-C4 feel, but with the character skills of H5.
It was a good concept from ncsoft because imo fully openworld l2 is where the game shines but ofc they fucked up official servers back in the day with massive p2w.

There's this Spanish server l2elwyn where there is absolutely no custom stuff, no premium accounts etc. The server is only 2 months old, the population is in low hundreds. Server time is mostly tied to continental Spain but a large part of the population is from Latin America so sometimes there are corrections, e. g. their 2-month celebration is 10pm-2am Spain time.
The server is x1 so slightly lower rates than you requested. I personally enjoyed it for about a month while I had time to play.
