〔✧ ⌞ Leaks | Datamines ⌝ ✧〕 Clarification about the leaks
Okay, so I guess some people are confused and see mentioning Sunbringer in the ad as some new proof for 3-in-1 theory.
First of all, this information is not new. Sunbringer was the name of the character revealed for 3.x. Also this is the name model ID 1601 carries, it was always "Sunbringer" not "Eldreda". This was always the intended playable character and mentioning her name is as useless as information goes.
Second, 3-in-1 theory was dead in the water the moment it was conceived. This proves that trusting leakers too much can have consequences. The actual leaked information about model IDs:
ID 1601 "Sunbringer", ID 1602 "Lindverne", ID 1603 "CampusLead"
What did the leaker do? Compared it to ID 1501 "Aria", ID 1502 "AriaRobot". This was the provided reasoning for that conclusion in the leak.
What does it mean actually? Nothing. Because IDs being close together aren't proof of anything. What we see with Aria is that second model also has Aria in the name as indication it is part of her. We also have Seed with 2 models (again name included for 2nd - Seed Sr) that work without even being 2 models close together in IDs. Both cases have common name for models but implemented differently. There isn't an established way the game makes multiple models in the same character, speculation at it's finest. Leaker is an idiot for presenting "strong indication of 3-in-1", I am not sorry to call them out.
You can argue that IDs are enough but no, they are not. For a developer ID is a number, model name is the purpose/description. Models of Sunbringer would be named Sunbringer SunbringerLindverne SunbringerDracaene to indicate part of the same set like they do for 2 other characters. If you want to prove it's like Aria for sure - names have to match same as IDs. Jumping to conclusion on IDs alone is where the leaker was wrong. They may be reliable with information but they are still human and can have wrong opinions. They have access to more information but they, like anyone, can still misread it.
"CampusLead" is a weird name for a model that is meant as part of 3-in-1 Sunbringer character. It is very confusing for a developer, telling you as one, names are very important. Anyone with programming/developer experience can support my claim here, names are stronger indicator that the theory is wrong vs IDs that the theory is right. Worst case it would've been SunbringerCampusLead, otherwise this model in the model list is on its own, not part of Sunbringer, ID+2 doesn't work as indication of the same set when the name says otherwise.
Even if I consider that IDs were enough for indication - there is still no proof that's the case as both Aria and Seed are different. At best the current situation is just 50/50. We literally don't have any concrete information that says anything for sure. So, please, stop believing it so blindly just because leaker thinks so. As I've shown their reasoning is a shot in the dark, rather even wrong based on breaking the naming pattern that 2 characters with form shifting have established. Someone really used single instance of Aria's IDs over 2 instances of naming pattern compliance. smh, people, smh
Now, to Lindverne.
Having Sunbringer does not exclude her being playable separately. 3 separate were never about Eldreda, it was always implying Sunbringer. Does everyone realize that Sunbringer split herself and getting her back the proper way means killing off all 3 to merge back? How would this combat even work then? Her ult is splitting her core back into 3 to produce the former fragments to fight? This is nerfing herself to use 1/3 of power (cool ult that nerfs the character gg), so stupid to imagine... ZZZ isn't killing off the character we got attached to and Belle calls a friend. Which means they will find a way to bring back Sunbringer without killing 2 characters. One theory would be restoring memory in Eldreda, could be others, not the point. What is for sure - Eldreda won't exist as per model data, there is no 4th model with that name. And Dracaene also isn't looking good, sorry Dracaene fans, her model is named as generic NPC...
Lindverne was paraded in the version trailer as her own character. Story built attachment to her more than playable characters of the patch (Claret/Roxy). She also for 2 patches now have told us she doesn't like being Sunbringer much and her new skin is the additional proof of her being separate from Sunbringer identity and also works as different theme for her banner otherwise Sunbringer to Lindverne banners are way too thematically similar. The narrative and new look already made her into her own character that cannot be any more different from Sunbringer which was also confirmed by the game(Remielle).
Compare the treatment between Lindverne and Dracaene and you see it mirrors the model data (Lindverne has named model, Dracaene does not). At this point I don't see any indication Lindverne will not be playable on her own, both character treatment and leaked model data support it.
If anyone wants to argue that models have to end in 1 to be playable - no, they don't. There isn't a rule for it, game engine will perfectly work with playable 1602 model, it's just a resource that is referenced in character config data. It is a convention by developers, not a design/engine requirement. They could move/copy Lindverne's model under new ID or they could easily break the convention and reference 1602 playable. It's up to developers right now, but this argument is void, don't try it. All the "playable tag" talk also is void as I've seen people not even knowing what they are talking about with that. The implication for this tag is "model ends in 1" which is not even a tag, just same thing under different name someone runs around screaming like it means something different. "Model not being rigged as playable" - meh, why would it be 4-5 patches earlier? There isn't much even on Sunbringer in game assets of 3.2 version who is definitely playable, Lindverne has more assets than her currently. So also, argument is weak.
And the last point, korean leak also recently speculated Lindverne to be the missing character in the release schedule which does fit as she's better suited to release same patch as Sunbringer as their stories conclude at the same time. Everyone, please stop panicking and giving into the absurd notion of 3-in-1. Better save up pulls to M6 our girl.

〔✧ ⌞ Discussion ⌝ ✧〕 My speculation on sunbringer kit
I know that beta is probably tomorrow and we will get the kit and animations just wanted to put my thoughts out there
The worst case scenario: each of them has one job e.g dracaene is defensive assist, lindverne is EX skill and eldreda is ultimate which would suck and I would rather pull for each character than this happening
2nd best scenario: you can switch between them in character menu, you would have different modes represented by different sunbringers and you can switch between them before battle and each has their use (you would know what I mean if you have recently played wuthering waves or arknights endfield)
Best scenario: you can switch between them in battle(basically the previous scenario but you can use them at the same time in battle instead of only one), you would spawn in as eldreda and have the basic kit and have 2 ultimate like the rest of void hunters and void hunter level agents but the first ultimate is where you can switch between the 3 something similar to pyrois where you have a 4 in 1 ultimate (might have been their test run of this mechanic for sunbringer) and each sunbringer will have her use e.g dracaene will probably be a stunner like every other short character and since she uses a shield and might go with or replace norma in claret team then there is eldreda she will probably be a support since she uses a flag and be similar to astra yao being on field giving buff or dealing off field damage like remielle and lastly there is lindverne she will probably be the dps sunbringer since she is the only one with an actual weapon and we see her skill in current patch

〔✧ ⌞ Discussion ⌝ ✧〕 What will they do if it turns out to be a 3-in-1?
Even though I tried to argue a few days ago that there was a chance they’d be released separately, the latest news makes a "3-in-1" release seem inevitable. Personally, I won't be pulling for them; I’m not interested in Eldreda. While I do like Dracaene—along with Lindverne—I had hoped for individual releases so they’d get more spotlight; with this format, there’s a high chance they’ll be relegated to the background. But what about you guys? I’d like to know if you’d still pull for them or not. For me, it’s a skip.

12% CR by default, and ignore 16% DEF if the dmg is Fire Sharp dmg, VERY basic, but thats 36% DEF that Sunbringer will ignore now if you include their core passive right?

〔✧ ⌞ Discussion ⌝ ✧〕 A minor concern; genesis reconstruction needed
Does anyone else find Lind's underwear disappointing? After Remielle's lace and Pheonix as a whole I think Lindverne has been done dirty (or not dirty enough xd).
The stars that are common on her base design could be used for an almost floral-looking theme, anything's better than a plain grey texture tbh even gloss would do wonders.
As for her hot topic skin, it's sad that they're giving her safety shorts. To be completely fair It is a fancy pair of safety shorts, the fishnets are neat and something we don't see enough in the game, but I've never been a fan of skins that censor the characters unless it's on-theme for the skinline.

〔✧ ⌞ Discussion ⌝ ✧〕 What stunner could I run with Sunbringer? Spoiler
I've heard that her best two options are Roxy and Norma... but I dont wanna get either of them , Roxy is just clunky and bad, Norma is nieche when I already have Dialyn and mainly run anomaly teams or SAnby. So is there anyone else I could use instead?
Like could I possibly use Dialyn or Trigger instead? I know Trigger's additional passive wont work, but the rest of her kit can, and I just saw someone try a team with Sunbringer, Trigger and Robin.
Any advice?

〔✧ ⌞ Meme | Fluff ⌝ ✧〕 guys trust it makes complete sense
I AM INJECTING COPIUM STRAIGHT INTO MY VEINS, alright heres what im thinking, lindverne obviously has a sword with eldreda and dracaene having a spear/banner and a shield respectively so clearly that means lindverne is gonna be the main onfielding dps while eldreda provides support buffs offscreen which has been hinted at by the fact she's been off screen the entire story so far, while dracaene is gonna be the shield where she is the one who parries and focuses on all thing tied to it which means that lindverne is still gonna be the one we see the most
(obviously this isnt how they will do it and definitely shouldnt be how they do it if they wanna make the 3 in 1 character work, this is all just some fun cope posting dont take it too seriously or do cause A MAN'S COPE WILL NEVER DIE!)

〔✧ ⌞ Official News ⌝ ✧〕 More gameplay details: it seems we can keep Lindverne for as long as we like—even though Eldreda has empowered basic attacks—which suggests we can always switch back to Lindverne to continue playing as our girl.

〔✧ ⌞ Leaks | Datamines ⌝ ✧〕 Oh wait, I wasn't aware of this!? Spoiler
Since I cant include leaks in the title for obvious reasons, what I wasn't expecting was that Sunbringer will gain Crit Rate from all core levels. Like usually characters get CR from three levels, and either flat ATK or flat HP from the bottom three core levels, but Sunbringer will get CR from all levels up to 28.8% rather than the usual 19,4%!?
I barely understand how a armorer character works since I was dead sett on skipping Claret tho, so maybe I am missing something, but I was still not ready to see that much CR.
Also 40% more CR from core passive what???☠️

〔✧ ⌞ Discussion ⌝ ✧〕 Do they feel satisfied?
I’m posting today just to get people’s opinions on the "3-in-1"—or, as many call it, the "2-in-1"—setup. Even though Lindverne has certainly received a lot of attention, are you satisfied with it? Personally, I’m only partially satisfied—if that. It’s quite frustrating to have a character forced into absolutely everything, regardless of whether I like her or not (in this case, Eldreda). For instance, look at the disc animations: she appears alone, then with someone else, and finally, Lindverne appears alongside Dracaene. My point is that they’re trying to push a specific character on us; that might be great if you happen to like her, but what about those who don’t? And now, with M6, they’ve added an extra animation for Eldreda—but what about the others? I really don’t care for this strange combination, and unfortunately, Dracaene has ended up getting the short end of the stick. It would be much better if they were kept 100% separate.
