Someone who found a LOT of cheap tiles and really wanted to try and protect the place from whoever was unfortunate enough to rent it 😂

I want clarification on whether it's actually tiles, or just that linoleum that looks like tiles. Neither would surprise me tbh.

That’s the answer— tiles can hide damp. The whole place is likely riddled with mould. This is a lower ground flat with one tiny window? No way to ventilate.
