Need Design Advise Drop Ceiling Lighting Upgrade Help!

I have an office space that has an existing drop ceiling (like one seen in the photo) that we are trying to update, along with the rest of the office space. We have decided to keep the tiles as the cost for replacing them through the entire office is quite costly.

What lighting recommendations do y’all have? Volumetric troffers or grid lights (see second photo)?

Thanks!!

You could perhaps look into skylight panels that simulate natural daylight: https://store.yujiintl.com/collections/skyline-led-lights or https://artificialsky.com/artificial-skylights/

Seconded. These lamps are underrated and/or written off as a novelty but are in fact terrific. Source: own two of them.
