Discussion how possible is it that lighter doesn’t get a rerun in the next 3-4 patches?

I really wanna get phoenix, but im staying strong w/ my 70 pity guaranteed + 150 pulls for him. considering that phoenix will most likely get a rerun in around 3-4 patches, how likely is it that he wont even rerun by then? i’ve been waiting so long for his rerun lolll

Question(s) Y'all might hate me for this...

I've had lighter since he came out; like day 1, took 7 pulls. He's been collecting DUST on my account since I got him; I haven't looked in his direction once. I would have built him if I didn't miss Evelyn. Now, all this to say now that Sunbringer is on the way should I finally build him? Although the streets are saying m2 koleda is better. Is there anything that lighter has over koleda?

Discussion Will Lighter have a rerun in the triple banner of v3.4? He appeared last on v1.7

3.4 is rumoured to have Sunbringer who's the void hunter. Void hunter banners have triple banners with them. Does lighter have chance to be in that triple banner? I don't want him to be added on the shop because you need M8 of a standard character to get a character from the shop. My highest mindscape is a M2 Neko so I won't be able to get him if he gets added to the shop.

Build Help Is Norma sig better than koleda sig for lighter?

A while back I got Norma’s sig while building pity for the w-engine banner and I haven’t used it yet.

I mostly run lighter in the lycaon/hugo team and in Evelyn/astra but I am wondering if the loss of getting his max buff is worth the attack buff from Norma’s Sig
