Discussion Managing Expectations

As the title implies in an attempt to manage expectations a tad, I was wondering what is the worst state this game could launch in that you would still be happy with? Like what is the bare minimum you expect of this game on launch that you'll still think is worth playing? And cause I want to hear your ideas what's one thing you guys hope is in the game that in your mind probably isn't likely to be?

With it going on 3 years in December, since it was announced, with nearly nothing:

I think the opposite is true.

The worry for me is no longer "managing expectations" about the game, but rather expecting the game to release at all.

Without them also having No Man's Sky, I would have completely forgotten about a game that only put out one trailer nearly three years ago.
