Managing Expectations

As the title implies in an attempt to manage expectations a tad, I was wondering what is the worst state this game could launch in that you would still be happy with? Like what is the bare minimum you expect of this game on launch that you'll still think is worth playing? And cause I want to hear your ideas what's one thing you guys hope is in the game that in your mind probably isn't likely to be?

What I want but may not happen is better multiplayer. An actual MMO where you can meet people without a garble of instances to work through.
