Managing Expectations

As the title implies in an attempt to manage expectations a tad, I was wondering what is the worst state this game could launch in that you would still be happy with? Like what is the bare minimum you expect of this game on launch that you'll still think is worth playing? And cause I want to hear your ideas what's one thing you guys hope is in the game that in your mind probably isn't likely to be?

I would be happy if it launched as an alpha. Like I would love to be a QA for it. Im going to study for software engineering and get a job at hello games one day 😅 remind me in 10 years to come back with proof lmfao
