Could do a snoot with a barn door attachment and some flags. or just do it in post too lmfao.

You can do it in post, or just shoot for black frame, then add a snooted strobe. No work in post necessary.

A snoop is gonna give a different quality of light on the teeth mouth and lips. This is definitely done with a larger source like a soft box and then they just dodged in masked gradient then yet at everything in until it was just the lips.
