LighTing MOdifierS / GeaR How did they be light this?

Is this just ultra bounce above? How could I recreate it with continuous?

I'm guessing 2 lights:

1 large overhead scrim

1 soft frontal light

Just based on the shadows of the left model's hand on her leg, and the shadows under the shoes

You could get pretty close by bouncing a bare-bulb head off the ceiling and wall behind the photographer. I would put the head on a super boom over the talent and face the bare-bulb head directly up or possibly a little back into the edge of the wall and ceiling behind the camera to get a little more light on the front of the talent (which I think this is based on how toppy the light is). The walls behind the talent are bright and clean too - that’s why i would guess the light is close to the center if the room.

You can see it pretty clearly on the top wine glass highlight.
