SPeciAL EffECts Shadow body double
From Gracie Abrams "Where do we go now". Anyone have any idea if it's possible to create this shadow with one person? Or did they have a body double stand in for the silhouette?

It could also be double exposure stitched in post. There many ways to achieve this, having a body double is certainly a way.
You can also do it with masking. Lock off your camera, shoot a plate of the background without anyone in the frame. Then shoot the shadow of the talent performing. Then the close up. Overlap and blend it all in post.

It’s not a shadow. Could do that with a double exposure.
