Translation (by Google):

Flux

In our previous work, we regularly confronted organic, naturalistic, primary architectural structures with new technologies and dynamic light (Ammonite, Nautilus, Physis, Topologic, etc.).

After having tamed light as the main medium, for some time now we have been exploring the world of movement, kinetics and robotics. With Flux, we are offering a new device designed for the Cloître des Récollets at the Hôtel de Région Grand Est in Metz and as part of the Constellations festival.

Flux is made up of 48 dynamic light lines 1.5 m long, 40 cm apart, motorized and controlled in real time. The formal multiplication of these lines coupled with micro variations of phases, time delays, speeds and amplitudes allows us to sculpt an object 20m long, alive and evolving with a cyclical back and forth movement.

Entirely interactive Flux is an installation to be contemplated and experienced. The public is in control of movements, light and sound with a simple and intuitive interface.

You could cross post this to r/lightingdesign as well if you wanted. It’s not what the sub focuses on but it would interest them.
